Hi all guys,
I have a very serious dire: I can't disable Ticket Response/Reply.
We use support@mycompany.com for fetch mail and open ticket (no smtp configured/enables) and noreply@mycompany.com for replay to customers after new ticket creation (I need autoresponse only for new ticket)
We don't use customer portal, incoming ticket don't need to be shown to our customers, not even relative reply.

All is dasabled and when we post a reply, this is sent to email address present in ticket... :
