OsTicket doesnt display the accents when i reply to a ticket

Hi (sorry for my english i mostly speak french:)

I have an issue sending french emails to my customers using osticket. It doesnt display the accents properly.

It's currently translated in french... Does someone can tell me step by step what i have to do to make it work correctly?

only thing i want are accents to display correctly in the emails my customers are getting when i reply to their ticket.

I have also remarked that osTicket does not automatically show accented characters correctly. You must work around it, using html-code

use &graveletter; for Amblève;

&aiguletter; for things like ta santé;

¨letter; as in geïnstalleerd;

&circletter; for e.g. être ou ne pas...
