Ok I have 2 questions or issues
first email piping
I went into cpanel 11 and set up piping as stated in the wiki
cpanel does not allow
"|/usr/bin/php -q /home/USERNAME/public_html/plhelp/api/pipe.php"
so what do i do there.
secondly I have looked all over. but I cannot find it so this may not exist.
Can a customer reply / add to a ticket via thier email auto reply
if so what section do i turn on or what not
