Create user error

Hey all,

I am trying to add a user in OsTicket to sign in to the Staff panel and close out tickets he generates. When I try to create the user in the in the admin panel under the staff tab I get this error "Unable to add the user. Internal error"

Anyone got any ideas?

Solved. I realized after a couple attempts that the password the user supplied me was too short.
