seperate company containers

Hi guys,

i'm new to osticket, i used to work with active collab, but that's too expensive for now, but in AC there was a function that i can't seem to find in OSticket,

i want to be able to seperate tickets for companies, now they al just end up in one big pile, but i want to make a structure.wich i can also assign rights to, so not all people in my business see every one of my client's tickets.

so i can move tickets from company XX to the respective container, and if so posible, maybe automate this task , based on the ticket-poster's email adress , for example: jeff@companyX.com goes straight into the companyX container

i don't know if this is even possible, but i would very much appreciate your help.

Me too.

This kind of filtering is what my company is looking for too.

The idea that they can all email the same address, but then based on their domain it can split them into companies or departments.

We are currently using Cerberus Helpdesk v4, but they are moving to v5 and the prices they are charging are quite a bit higher then they used to be.

I am looking into what it would take to mod osTicket to do this, but haven't dug into it yet.
