Hi i have recently had to transfer my domain from a plesk hosted system to a Dot Net Panel hosted system and i am getting an issue with the install of osTicket
Previously the install on plesk worked perfectly and the insatll was painless.
Now on DNP the install appears to work and there are no errors however if i try and view the admin i get the following error
"Error loading settings. Contact admin."
I have contacted the host and they can not see any issues with the setup, as far as i can see all the files required are present and im wondering if something needs to be enable on ther server.
Any suggestions are very much appreciated
