We are using OSTicket at our office to support our customers.
It works great in my opinion!
Only 1 question :
I would like to know if it is possible to add an extra field were we, or our customers, can add their company name.
At the moment we use the subject field for that, but this isn't consistent. Not everyone uses the same name for a certain customer.
I hope this is possible and if so, please explain how I can do this.
