REQ Viewing embedded images/screenshots (Outlook 2003/2007)

I have my consultants using outlook 2003/2007 and the easiest way for them to send support requests is to throw a screenshot in an email and email it to support. I've got pop3 polling happening every 2 minutes and everything is working fine, including attachments.

Unfortunately, osTicket doesn't seem to recognise embedded images.

I've done several searches but the solutions to this problem are far and few in between, and all of them outdated. I know a little bit of PHP myself and have had a look into making this work but with no luck as I can't find any comprehensive documentation on the coding.

Is there any solution to this tailored for the newest version of osTicket?

Good question.. and I've been looking for a solution to this for months... My problem (and it might be yours also) is that the incoming emails neither have Content Disposition nor Filename attributes (an example of my emails' code below).. I believe this is the issue.. as all the code that I've found recognizes/requires one (or both) of the attributes. When the code doesn't find either of them, it just bypasses it.. I just posted a reply on another post that had a potential solution for the same problem, but didn't solve my problem.. Hopefully someone (far more knowledgeable than I) can figure this out..
