iphone backberry app

Hi all

had an idea today when was flitting between job, wouldnt it be great to have an iphone/blackberry OSTicket app so you can manage tickets on the go around the office/building. stay up to date etc.

dont know if it is something that is already being done or not?

I would love a Blackberry app. Right now for some reason I can only view tickets, can't reply to any from my BB.

I have been trying to use my blackberry playbook... I can login as admin and view the tickets but anything else causes a re-authentication. Any replies are lost after submitting and I always end up at the login screen.

The playbook works well over wifi but not via cellular data... Perhaps some transmitted session info is lost during BB's encryption/compression??? I am afraid I do not know enough about BB or osTicket yet to speculate too much.

I will be investigating over the next little while... I will post my results when/if I figure out the problem.

i am currently Creating my own PHP pages that integrate with osTicket and runs on your iphone in safari or a home screen app...

if anybody is intrested in helping out, much would be appreachated :)
