Can't open mailbox

Hi Everybody,

Today i have install osTicket on my server and it works fine. Now I want use the function that user can email for support and the system will get the mails.

osTicket has the function to get the mail from a POP-account, but it will not works on my Server. The application shows me the message:

Can't open mailbox {mail.****.nl/pop3/novalidate-cert}INBOX: invalid remote specification

My Server Administrator tells me that the login-details and the location of the mailserver are correctly. On http://www.michieljakobs.nl/POP-instellingen---osTicket.jpg(http://www.michieljakobs.nl/POP-instellingen---osTicket.jpg) you can see my details in this system. I'm using POP on port 110 without SSL.

Can someone help me?

Hi,

Double check you mail domain.

Looking at that error message you are still trying to use localhost as the domain.

I know it's a simple asnwer but it's usually the simple things that work.
