The entire system works fine. The only issue that I have is when anyone clicks on the link in the body of the Email like "A ticket #954944 assigned to you or in your department is seriously overdue. , the system displays the entire tickets listing with the error like "Unknown ticket ID#954944"" on top of the page. As you see in attached image, the ticket is in the system.
