Greetings, all!
I just recently successfully installed osTicket and everything has bee going swimmingly, until now. I was hit with about 20 DB Error #5's and it all happened after I resolved a test ticket. It could have even happened while simply adding comments and notes, however I'm not able to be certain about that. Here is what the error generates:

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I'm no coder, but I can pick stuff up quick.
