DB Error #5

Greetings, all!

I just recently successfully installed osTicket and everything has bee going swimmingly, until now. I was hit with about 20 DB Error #5's and it all happened after I resolved a test ticket. It could have even happened while simply adding comments and notes, however I'm not able to be certain about that. Here is what the error generates:

Out of memory (Needed 8388572 bytes) 70.123.96.132

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I'm no coder, but I can pick stuff up quick.

there is nothing wrong with your sql i think mysql has o many open connections. but i will lookup your error

well the error is made by mysql because off some settings so you need to contact your host about it mysql needs more memory to work for this kind of query's
