Can someone please point me in the right direction...
1) Since I have Fantastico, I went into the control pannel and fixed the setting and departments. (note the default still says system.com)
2) This version of OS is great; very smooth. HOwever, the old one I didn't have to do much to set me up to get a copy of the email when a ticket was produced.
Can you point me in the direction of how to do this? I am using hostgator.com
