I'm new here and hope someone can answer my question.
The first time I installed the software, I did so from Fantastico into a directory called "support". Then I learned that it's not the most recent or stable version, so I deleted that installation and followed the instructions to install the most stable version directly from the osticket site.
I initially encountered a few errors (primarily because the ost-config.php file was actually named sample- ost-config.php and had to be renamed). Then when it came time to run the installation, I had to do so from http://www.yourdomain.com/support/setup(http://www.yourdomain.com/support/setup).
But now that it's installed, I am perplexed as to why the installation of OS Ticket on my domain in a directory called 'support' shows this in the address bar:
http://www.yourdomain.com/support/osticket_1.6.0/upload/scp/admin.php(http://www.yourdomain.com/support/osticket_1.6.0/upload/scp/admin.php)
instead of just http://www.yourdomain.com/support(http://www.yourdomain.com/support)
I didn't have the URL http://www.yourdomain.com/support/osticket_1.6.0/upload/scp/admin.php(http://www.yourdomain.com/support/osticket_1.6.0/upload/scp/admin.php) when I first installed it using Fantastico, it went straight to http://www.yourdomain.com/support(http://www.yourdomain.com/support)
I've already done the finishing up steps. So how do I change that URL? Or do I need to just reinstall the script to make sure it goes to http://www.yourdomain.com/support(http://www.yourdomain.com/support) ?
