I'm trying to install osTicket on my localhost running xamp. I've gone to my php.ini file under xamp/php and changed short_open_tag to 'On'. However I still get the 'osTicket requires short open tags enabled' screen.
Has anyone any idea what is wrong?

Solved: restarted xamp and all is fine
