I'm getting a weird issue where, when any staff attaches something to a ticket, the customer gets this email:

Content-Type: application/msword;

filename="README.DOC";
...
This goes on all the way down the message. It seems like the .doc file isn't being attached, but is being passed in as part of the body of the email.
Any ideas?
Let me know if you need any more information!
Thanks!
