Hi,
I recently saw this problem.
When i new ticket is open or a message is added to a tread, the client never get a conformation email.
As i saw, a staff member will never get a confirmation email after a new message on a ticket too.
But all the other email works fine...
I have autoresponders swith to Enable.
The Mail PHP function works well i made a test.
I'm on the 1.6 Stable version.
And i don't know what to do now...
I hope someone will help me fix this problem.
