I have been using the most recent version for a while. Few days ago, we had to export and import the entire system to a new domain since the old domain was no longer in use. Everything seem to work fine except one strange item. When I delete a ticket, the system regenerates a new ticket based on the same Email message after a new fetch . I know it is suggested to delete the message after every fetch but I never had that ON before and the system was smart enough to know which one is the the old one and which email is a new Email.
But if I simply close the ticket, this bad behavior does not happen. For now, I went ahead and click on the option to delete after a full fetch. I need to know what the problem is as I still need to go back and unchecked that option since there are other users who like to fetch the emails in that account.
