I have installed osticket 1.6 ST from scratch, and configured piping per documentation on cpanel. Sending an email to helpdesk@...com osticket auto generates a ticket, but responds with a system generated email.

I have searched the formns and found a lot of info about this stuff, including some workarounds that seem kinda well like dirty workarounds. I was not able to find a reponse from "peter" the developer of pipe, as he would be the authority. :-)
My research has lead me to two different theories...
1) The PHP Warning above is because suhosin is being loaded by dynamic libararies and its compiled into PHP version. php.ini needs to be modified, not confident this is why the mail is being sent to me.
2) A workaround having to do with Exim version 4.69, and you need to modify the exim.config or something like that.
My third is its possible a product defect with osticket, but again not really sure.
Thoughts, anyone? Peter Help. :-)
