I have been using the latest version. Everything has been working till we had to move the system to a new domain. The entire system looks OK and working including the fetching of Emails and creating the tickets. But, no Emails are going out to the client with the ticket ID. Any idea where I should be looking at?
When I looked at the log, I got the following error.
