Hi

I have just installed osticket and it looks great, however it is really lacking the client database field. it would be good if when in the staff panel I could have a drop down list that is pulled from a client table so I can assign tickets to regular clients, the idea being that they can then see how much they use our service.

Is there any mod available of this type?
