First of all - thank you for a great piece of software. It hits the sweet spot for our needed deployment. We predict that even Mrs Kazinski (who last had contact with a keyboard when she was using a typewriter) should be able to learn to use it.
Now the problem: I am unable to fetch e-mail.
My current config:
- osTicket 1.6
- Windows IIS 6, running on Windows 2003
- PHP 5.2.13
- MailEnable for mail server.
- POP3 mail account
I have successfully configured the sytem to log in to the mail account via the configuration utility, I was able to run the cron.php file on a scheduled basis, and globaly applied the autocron setting.
The problem is that even after both, autocron and cron run I do not see new tickets, even if the mail system reports I have new messages in the inbox. I read most topics from people having a similiar problem, was able to fix the "77" cron error, but I am stuck now.
