I would like to be able to restrict members of one department from seeing tickets assigned to another department. For example...users that are in Billing never see tickets that come into Support. Going along with this having some users in bother departments would be needed in some cases also.

This would de-clutter the system for all the users.

As long as the user is not an admin, I believe they can only see their own departmental tickets.

Atleast it`s how it works here.
