Just about every internal note, reply, reassignment notes, and so on, contains backslashes before every special character, notably the apostrophe. For example: "I\'m replying to your message". I've tried adding the stripslashes() function to the Format: function, but that hasn't taken care of the problem.
Anyone have any ideas?
