Hi. I've installed an os ticket system on http://www.hostelvillacarmen.com/helpdesk(http://www.hostelvillacarmen.com/helpdesk)
I'm trying to change the email template but I can't open the templates or add a new one.
I get an explorer screen saying that it can't display the page. (http-fout - interne serverfout)
Is this a know bug or something I've done wrong?
