Hi,
is there a way to access the information in oSticket from a java-application?
We are using a Java-Portal (Liferay, www.liferay.com(www.liferay.com)) and we would like to write a portlet to view opentickets and one to create tickets.
Is there some way to interface with osTicket in such a way?
