I've noticed that in my tickets messages are double escaped, I suspect this may be due to magic quotes being enabled (however I have not checked) - Not having the time to investigate the code I'd like to ask if there is any securty risk in disabling it via @[deleted](0); ? I'm not sure if osTicket relies on magic quotes (probably not, but just checking)
Would also help to put that in future releases of osTicket aswell.
