hope you will be able to assist with rectifying this error.
I uploaded all the files as per the instruction to our webserver.
After upload I went ot setup and entered all the details and settings as required.
When connecting to the folder were we installed the software we received the following:

First it said to us that there is a fatal error and we need to get techical suppport. We unistalled and reinstalled the whole software product and eventually got to the link were it shows us the parent directory.
if you go one step further and go to the setup folder it says that the software is stable and it is the basic version and that the software has already been setup or the configuration file is unclean.
Further if you click on the SCP folder then it show a permanent technical error.
Please assist in how we can rectify the error to use the product effectively.
