multiple departments

Hello, is there anyway to setup 1 staff to multiple departments?

Don't know if my way is the best/correct way to do this, but you can try these steps:

1) let the user reside in a (new) group

2) set the group properties to be able to access multiple departments

Make that staff become "manager"
