I noticed recently this issue with tickets created from email. The original email is either in plain text or basic HTML (a la Outlook). When it is converted to a ticket, there is a huge whitespace / many carriage returns before you get to the first line of text, so instead of

"message"

you get

"

message

"

Hopefully this will get the point across, thanks again for all your help. I've also had some weird encoding issues with emails that have been passed through a spam filter, I've tried coverting my tables and overall character sets to several different once with no change in this particular issue.
