I noticed recently this issue with tickets created from email. The original email is either in plain text or basic HTML (a la Outlook). When it is converted to a ticket, there is a huge whitespace / many carriage returns before you get to the first line of text, so instead of
"message"
you get
"message
"Hopefully this will get the point across, thanks again for all your help. I've also had some weird encoding issues with emails that have been passed through a spam filter, I've tried coverting my tables and overall character sets to several different once with no change in this particular issue.
