Could someone please let me know if they have been able to code a new field for manually putting time into a ticket. I am running on the latest version 1.6 if that matters.
I've seen several simular codes that people have done for RC5 version but they just don't work for me.
I'm not really a programmer so if you have some steps or samples on what I need to do that would be greatly appreciated.
