COuld anyone help me out with the setting up of email forwards?
Routing would be like this:
1= user sends email/new ticket to a forward address. this address is a department and also a distribution group. eg: billing@.com
2= this email goes through our business server into OSticket
3= mail/ticket goes to multiple users in email forward who all receive a notification with the whole ticket content in their email box
4= a copy of the ticket goes to a admin adress: support@.com.
The biggest hick up seems to be the forwarding through our business server...
Anyone how can solve this??
