I've been trying to debug this error all day, and I just can't figure it out. I'm running IIS, with PHP and everything installs perfectly but when I get to the point to actually go to the admin panel, I get this error:
Error loading settings. Contact admin.
I've checked include, and ost-config.php is there for sure.
