Apologies if this has already been mentioned in other threads, but when searching I couldn't find anything!
Here goes...
We support a network of around 200 branches and many of them have asked whether there would be an option to effectively CC in a member of staff to a ticket as you would in an email.
Is this a possibility?
Myself and our other web developer have been looking into it but have so far been unsuccessful!
Any help would be massively appreciated!
