Hi Everyone,
Incoming mail fetch to new ticket under Intranet.
I cannot touch Exchange server and cannot turn on pop3/IMAP4 protocol. I can access all mailbox I created. I am running Windows 2003 IIS6 and osTicket1.6 STB all SMTP internal are working.
The question is how can I script the emails for each mailbox in outlook to ticket for each department?
