It just stop fetching emails

A day ago, we can receive email ticket but now it stop or won't fetch emails from the mail server anymore. All the emails are just sitting in my inbox. There was also no error on the system log tab. I'm not sure what happened. I've used the default smtp port and it connected on the mail server.

How do you have it set up to fetch email? via a cron job, auto-cron? If you're using cron, make sure your cron job hasn't died. Enable auto-cron in the admin panel for testing purposes and see if that fetches your mail. Also, make sure pop/imap fetching is enabled in the admin settings, under email.

Yes. I've enable incoming emails.
