Support for MySQL 5.0+

Do you have any timeframe for supporting MySQL 5.0+?

Hi team,

I was having trouble with getting past the database information screen. I couldn't get it to install because a database logon error was coming up.

1. I reread the install notes first.

2. I added the database with NaviCat

3. I checked the connection to the database with Navicat and found the port was not

3. I set the database connection as localhost and hey presto it worked from here.

Glad you got this solved. For anyone else looking (I only mentiont his because a couple of people have asked me lately), osTicket works fine on MySQL5+. 4.4 is simply the minimum requirement.
