Gmail fetching (or any other email fetching) help

Has anyone got Gmail fetching to work?

If so please, please let me know.

I can't seem to get fetching to work. Not for gmail, not for other remote server emails, not for local emails either.

I've got to find some solution to the email piping problem. If you know of anything or have suggestions I'd appreciate it.

I'm up against a deadline. Need something fast. I would hate to give up on such a great system as osTicket.
