I have searched and found about 6 posts with no fix. I installed OSTicket (v1.6) on an Ubuntu system. Everything works fine except the Staff Timeout. I have set it to 0 to disable it, set it to 600 (10 hours) and yet it times out at will. Seems like sometimes 1 hour, sometimes 3, sometimes less then both. My PHP Max timeout is 1440 per other posts. I figured it could be when my workstation dies to screen saver forcing login at restoral, however there have been times where it never logs out as I am on it constantly, yet same issue.
Any thoughts?
