I was wondering if anyone has modified OSTicket to enable a user to select from multiple open tickets and then print out a list of the selected tickets. For example, most of our tickets are for repair needs within our organization. A support member could log in, select the tickets they are going to work on at the beginning of the day and then click a button to print a list of those tickets. The print out would need to provide the information abotu the ticket, who put in the ticket and maybe a place for notes. The idea would be that the support person would use these to go room by room to fix items, take notes, get sign offs from the end-user and then input those notes later that day. They may even scan in the completed ticket with signature for CYA reasons.
