First of all thank you for your awesome work.:) We love osTicket!
One problem that I have been trying to solve is that my interface displays false characters. I work in Scandinavia and we use characters like äåö which do not get displayed in the interface.
NOTE - it is the titles/descriptions/headers that display the wrong characters, the emails etc, are just fine.
Is there ANYTHING I can do to fix this?
