Open, Answered, Overdue tickets on one page - v1.6 RC5

Morning everyone,

How hard would it be to show all the open, answered, and overdue tickets on a single page? What we are looking to do is have everything together and sorted by color.

I.E. overdue tickets could be highlighted in red, answered in green, and open in orange. etc.....

We want to bring it all together to make it easier for our entire department to see whats going on from one page, otherwise we are jumping around the three pages looking for tickets, etc....

Could someone maybe point me in the right direction?

I am sure getting all the tickets on one page can be done by changing the filter for Open but I cannot see where to do that.

And the coloring can be achieved via the CSS, so I should be good there.

I am not asking anyone to go through it line by line for me, if you could just help me better see the logic of how to make the changes, anything really would be a help. Does my question make sense to anyone? :
