Search Feature not working

Hello,

Our search feature is not returning any results (0 results). I can search for ticket number, keywords, etc, but nothing is ever returned in the results.

Need Help Urgently With This As Well

Hello all,

I have searched other threads as well. Can someone post the modifications that should be done to which file to search for everything, ticket number, body, subject.

I found a few code snippets but there were no conclusive results as to a permanent fix to this.

Your help is greatly appreciated....

Please post pertinent log information, or error messages. (php error log snippets, or enable errors and cut/paste the error you are getting)

Search works fine for me. It's certainly no google, but it works.

There are simply no results returned, no matter what the query. Odd thing is, sometimes it works. But other times it completely doesn't.
