I noticed that tickets I create manually do not have the checkbox that allows me to send a notification to the requesting person, like the release candidate does.
This leaves me to wonder what happened with it, and whether or not this function was disabled :
What is prompting this thread is the fact that I've created two or three tickets addressed to my personal email addresses, and never received a confirmation about the new tickets.
It doesn't make complete sense as we can attach a file from the create ticket screen, but it will never get emailed to the user if this function was completely disabled - only useful if we ONLY want to attach a file for our reference.
