Hi all,
First of all see attachments.
I am trying to setup Ticket system but something is conflicting here.
When i try to add an email, it asks me for department.
and when i try to add a department, it asks me for email.
As you can see , Department field in email add form is not a mandatory field, but when form is submitted, it gives error that "department is required "
Does any one have a documentation for this system ? :(
