I miss a feature I had in good old over-complex OTRS : :
when having a ticket that I would want to discuss with a colleague or other company (3rd party or so) I would be able to send a mail from "within" the ticket. Any response would hit the ticket right away, so then I could update the customer on the results.
Right out of the box, I can only send emails to the requestor but not to "any" person. :(
Is there any existing mod or update to allow this? Or a hint where to patch?
