My PHP skills are limited at best, and I was wondering if someone has already implemented something like this, or i it would even be possible.
We leave our OSTicket up and running all day refreshing every few minutes. Is there a way to make a chime, beep, play an audio file, etc... when there is a new ticket on refresh?
Although it is always up and running, we are usually not hovering over the computer waiting for a new ticket to be generated.
