Has anyone found a method of implementing bcc on all emails sent from osTicket in version 1.6.0?
I have reviewed other posts on the forum, which refer to former versions, and have tried some of the suggestions there - with varying degrees of success.
It's easy enough to add another email onto $to in class.email.php and make that work - but I am keen to get bcc sorted properly, for my purposes.
Appreciate any insights and input you can offer!
