Greetings all, was wondering if there was a mod out there that prevented users from other departments from seeing tickets that are not assigned to them or better yet...only allowing staff to see tickets that are assigned to them. Is there such a mod available? If so I would appreciate if someone would point me in the right direction. Thanks!:
