My company gives support contracts to customers with prepaid hours of technical support. I would like to know whether osTicket can receive requests only from specific e-mails (the e-mails of my customers that have a contract) and if my customers can view the remaining time of support left in their page.

    If you want to create each user yourself and update them as your contracts expire then yes. Set registration to private Agent only.
